The items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you including any tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Custom or personalized items are not refundable

Return / Exchange of damaged items

Unfortunately shipments can be damaged in transit. If this is the case please contact us we will work with you to get a replacement item shipped out quickly.

Once your return is received and inspected we will initiate your refund within 24 hours to your original method of payment. We will contact you via email if necessary.
